BioWare’s Upcoming MMO Based in KOTOR Universe

It looks like some info has leaked about BioWare’s upcoming MMO. The story can be found here

A source close to BioWare confirmed to us today that the studio’s upcoming untitled massively-multiplayer online RPG will be centered around the Star Wars universe, specifically that of Knights of the Old Republic, which the developer released in 2003. The game garnered critical acclaim and spawned a less-popular sequel, released by Obsidian two years later.

Here is hoping that this goes better then Star Wars Galaxies did. With the controversial game play update they lost a lot of players. I for one think using the pre-movie back story is a better choice as it gives you more freedom to work within lore and more story line to work with. This is one I think I will be following closely as I like the Star Wars universe and love all the games BioWare has put out so far. It will be a game to watch I think.
